[bess] instance in grouping global-imports

Hi Gentleman,

How are you, I'm from ADVA network, when I read https://datatracker.ietf.org/doc/html/draft-ietf-bess-l3vpn-yang-05#page-8, I can not understand what's the usage of "instance" in global-imports group, can you please clarify it?
