(As WG cochair) At the bfcpbis meeting in Taipai a hum was taken in support of adopting https://datatracker.ietf.org/doc/draft-sandbakken-dispatch-bfcp-udp/ As this draft was resubmitted quite late, it maybe did not give time for people with alternative thoughts to potentially submit their own ideas. In any case the call in the Taipai face to face meeting has to be endorsed on the mailing list. We will plan to start that confirmation call on Monday 28th November (depending on the results of the call below). In the meantime this is a call (and an opportunity) for those people who have alternative ideas for solving the bfcpbis charter problem to either post a draft or post to the mailing list, with their alternative ideas. Please do this by Friday 25th November 2011. If you would like to do this, but feel you will miss this deadline by a few days, please inform the working group chairs of your intention (bfcpbis-chairs@tools.ietf.org) along with the dates you consider you can manage, and we will adjust the schedule accordingly. This call also applies if you would like to submit alternative material to just part of the above draft. Regards Keith
