I've seen this before.  When I did VTAM sysgens for my old IBM SNA
network.  I think Sue has the right idea, but I don't think it
goes far enough.  I would like to see this process be fully dynamic,
since I won't know, a priora, when my provider will change my prefix
out from underneath me or how often that will happen.
