Hi, Hwang: 
I do no think that these questions are appropriate for the 
BGP mailing list. Please allow me to make two suggestions: 

(1) Work with your provider to resolve operational problems. 
(2) If you are multi-homed to more than one provider, BGP
    is the protocol to use.
