As I said, BGP Router II are located in Stub Area and
BGP Router II are not ABR(Area Border Router).
If I redistribute BGP into your IGP(OSPF),
all the area between BGP Router I and BGP Router II have all the information.
Then stub area in which BGP Router II are located are not stub area anymore.

Is this configuration possible to be redistribted BGP into OSPF with
  Stub Area remained ?

BGP Router I and II have the same result for above command.

Are all the segments between East Coast and West Coase backbone segments ?
