While this isn't _Exactly_ on topic, it is relevant, and if anyone knows,
people on this list should know....

On a typical Cisco (say, a 4500 model), what are the memory requirements to
carry full routing via BGP from a provider?  (And if you were to accept
"full routing", from more than one source, would the amount of required
memory double/triple/etc...?).  Also in the current Internet, about how much
traffic would be involved after a a BGP reset to reload full routing?

I was considering the possibility in one case I'm working on of letting
multiple providers throw full routing at us, and then using weighted route
filters to decide preferred routes for various groups of networks....
