Hi Hooman,
thank you for pointing this dependency out. Our intention was to use the
BIER Echo Request/Reply TLV and sub-TLV registry that is requested in
Section 5.3 of draft-ietf-bier-ping
<https://www.ietf.org/archive/id/draft-ietf-bier-ping-07.txt>. I'll reach
out to my co-authors of this draft to re-start our work and get it ready
for WGLC.
