Hi,

as you remember, BIER-TE scales even worse than BIER and how to scale 
BIER-TE to larger networks was never spelled out. We've been working on 
this issue for a while and have now an implemented solution.

We'd like to give a presentation on that, about 20 mins are needed. An 
ID is in preparation.
