Section 1.3 Objectives
- "this section describes some of the design objectives ..." - as a reader, I expect this section to authoritatively tell me what the objectives are. I recommend either a. filling in the entire list or b. removing the words "some of" to make it clearer.
- there's a mention of counters and 1 single stat (the latency stat) - but no other stats here - is that really the design intent?

Has this draft seen a -YANGdoctors review yet?
