This e-mail is going to multiple calendaring-related lists; my apologies if you receive more than one copy but you probably will, as so many folks are on multiple lists.

Dear Colleagues,

Registration is now open for CalConnect XIX, October 4-8, 2010, at IBM/Lotus in Littleton, Massachusetts (close to Boston). Please see http://www.calconnect.org/calconnect19.shtml for logistics and registration information for the Roundtable and for the Interoperability Test Events.

Note that we may be conducting both a regular Interoperability Test Event and a Mobile Calendaring Interoperability Test Event on October 4-6 (the Mobile Calendaring test event will either be in October or the following February; the decision should be made by mid-August). More information about the regular IOP Test Event is at http://www.calconnect.org/iop1010.shtml. Information about the possible Mobile Calendaring IOP Test Event is at http://www.calconnect.org/miop1010.shtml.

The meeting venue will be in in the "All Hands Room" on the first floor of the IBM building at 550 King Street, Littleton, Massachusetts. The logistics page includes a map of the area (including the location of the meeting venue and hotels).

The Conference Hotel will be the Westford Regency Inn & Conference Centre in Westford. The three hotels mentioned on the logistics page (which include the Westford Regency) are close to one another, but a bit more than 2 miles from the IBM venue, so walking is only for the serious. CalConnect has a special rate for this event at all three hotels, negotiated by IBM.

Littleton is served by two airports, Boston's Logan International and the Manchester (New Hampshire) Regional Airport, both about 35 miles from Littleton. Information about the airports and available ground transportation is available on the logistics page.

We will be announcing additional and special sessions of interest as more material becomes available. At this time, while the general schedule is set, we cannot guarantee that the specific dates and times set on the logistics page for each TC will not change.

See you in Littleton!

Best Regards,

Dave Thewlis
