Ok, so if I understand correctly specifying RELTYPE=STRUCTURED-CATEGORY
on a link or relation means that the item is related to all items that
have a certain structured category? Do you think you could elaborate on
this a bit more in Section 1.3, and maybe add a one-sentence info in
section 7.1 that explains it can be used in combination with
RELTYPE=STRUCTURED-CATEGORY ?

In case I haven't mentioned, it looks like the intro in section 1
mentions three points while there are four subsections, and the order is
swapped.
