One other small wording comment:

I agree that SDN/NFV should be supported, in fact any software/virtual
mechanisms should be supported, but why "specially"? So my rewrite would be

 standardized interfaces for coordinated management of IP addresses, including SDN/NFV networks
 and other forms of virtualization.
