At least one of your chairs (1) had a schedule conflict but (2) forgot
to put this round of CBOR calls on his calendar.  As a result, that
chair didn't send out the usual reminder, nor pay attention to the
lack of agenda.

The chair in question has corrected (2) for the rest of the series,
and you can expect the usual reminders, along with the usual plan of
cancelling in the event of an empty agenda.

That chair apologises....
