Hi all,

During AD review of this document, Alexey questioned why the intended status of this document was informational. The reason for that was that Array-tags was intended as a tags registration document for typed arrays that are defined elsewhere. But because it also defines 3 own tags, and because we expect it to be normatively referenced by future standard track documents, it makes sense to move it forward as proposed standard.

If you do not agree with that, please let us know, before the IETF last call on this document ends.
