I'm not sure what a _CBOR certificate_ is, and I suggest we don't use that
term for your document.  I think it's a CBOR-compressed PKIX certificate.
(CCPC if you like. Maybe someone can figure out how to backronym CCCP, and we
can them Soviet Russians)
