Paul just mentioned this announcement didn’t make it to the CBOR mailing list, so I’m forwarding.

I messed up the editor’s note at the end of the abstract, which should say:

   // intended as reference material during the 2026-05-13 CBOR interim.
   // It completes the work started in PR #102 and adds a couple of
   // paragraphs on editorial conventions.  It does not yet consider the
