[Cbor] cbor-packed-06 at CBOR interim 12 this Wednesday, July 13

I hope you have all recovered from the I-D deadline this morning.

Based on the discussions we have had in previous interim meetings, I have submitted revision -06 of the cbor-packed draft yesterday.

The I-D deadline is meant to assure availability of documents before the IETF meeting, but we also have a CBOR one-hour Wednesday meeting tomorrow on 13 July, at 14:00 UTC.

So if you get a chance to look at the document (links below), and find something worth discussing or other agenda time, please add a line or two to the CBOR-packed entry in the pre-minutes [1], and/or open an issue on the github repo [2].

I’m sure we also will have time to discuss cbor-packed at the Philadelphia hybrid.  But it is certainly better to get some items out of the way beforehand (with a possible -07 on 2022-07-24).
