The ITU-T Q3, 9, 10, 12, and 14 met 28 Jan - 1 Feb 2013 to discuss the topic of MPLS-TP.  The MPLS working group sent a liaison with a response to an ITU-T liaison on the topic of p2mp.  A response (attached) was generated as an output from the ITU-T meeting.
