Can you summarize the changes that have been made since WG LC?

Also, please ensure you close the loop with Acee (or describe how the
issue has been resolved).  I don't recall seeing him respond to your
last mail on the topic.  (I at least expected him to say something about
having a TBD in a post LC document isn't a good idea...)
