I support Ben's DISCUSS as well.

* In addition, I could not find any reference to the Extended Class-Type Error
and the error value Class-Type mismatch even in the IANA registry at

https://www.iana.org/assignments/rsvp-parameters/rsvp-parameters.xhtml

Is this something you are defining in this document? If so, an entry in the
IANA consideration section is warranted.
[Amy] The idea was to use error code aready defined.
 "error code "Extended Class-Type Error" and the error value "Class-Type mismatch" (see [RFC2205])", the text is referenced from RFC6003.
You're right that the error type and error code are not assigned by IANA.
The plan is to use "Unknown Attributes TLV" from RFC 5420 instead.

* Section 7

The table seems to be off. Shouldn't this be?

   400                    99.99%

   200                    99.995%

   100                    99.999%

[Amy] The table will be updated accordingly.
