I think this errata is fixing a technical mistake in the YANG module and it should be accepted

I have only one doubt about the process to follow to update a YANG module using errata, maybe something to consider in the experiment Rob Wilton (cc-ed to this mail thread) has proposed during the OPSAWG meeting

<tp>
Well, it is changing what the authors wrote to what we think that they should have written despite the consensus of the WG and IETF at the time.. Something similar appears in a number of RFC and a number of I-D in a number of WGs. (Shades of ip addresses with and without zones.)

It is a technical change not an editorial one. I imagine it could lead to a loss of interoperability although I cannot quite pin down an example.

A revised I-D/RFC is the only certain fix I can see.
