Dear chairs and CCAMP members:

As a co-author, I strongly support the adoption of this draft. 

This draft introduces the FCAPS capability into the ACTN architecture, which will greatly enhance the network management capability based on the ACTN architecture, and also lay the foundation for the subsequent extension of the FCAPS YANG model.
