Now that G.694.1 revision 2 has been published by the ITU-T we have done a bit
of a scrub of this draft. Most of the changes are cosmetic, but we have also
added some text that recognises that the 'm' parameter plays a role in the
description of traffic parameters(i.e. bandwidth).
