Please note that the current in-force version of G.709 is from
February 2012, it includes all previous amendments, no need
to reference them separately.
Also G.709 has an additional Y.1331 number, so the reference
can be:

[ITUT-G709] ITU-T, "Interface for the Optical Transport Network
(OTN)," G.709/Y.1331 Recommendation, February 2012.
