Hi CCAMP working group,

As a co-author of this draft, I support to adopt this draft as a working group draft.
This draft enhances the ACTN architecture as applied to optical networks by introducing support for FCAPS. It also explains how FCAPS can be integrated into the ACTN architecture as applied to optical networks.
Through the application of ACTN interface in current optical networks, I think we should also think about to design fine-grain network management interface, and I believe that this work is very necessary.
