Dear chairs,

As co-author I support WG Adoption of this draft.

This draft was written by prioritising main scenarios and use cases for operators targeting a unified control/management for packet over optical (POI) converged networks when using coherent pluggables in IP/MPLS devices. These scenarios/use cases are fundamental for operators and should be fully supported by IETF ACTN architecture with the needed set of MPI data models.

Regarding IPR polling, we have received IPR responses [1] from every Author and Contributor except for Nigel, who is away from his office for a while. We will proceed without a response from him in the knowledge that, by being named on the draft, Nigel has acknowledged his duties under BCP 78 and BCP 79. If any IPR emerges later on, we can handle it within the normal working group process. Please, note that a second IPR polling will be run for the WG last call according to the usual process.

This call for adoption will run till October 07th.
