Hi Daniele, Dan, Italo,

It is great to have this design team.
I think it will be of a lot of help for the people who want to implement or integrate with the data models we define in IETF.
I would like to join this work. If there is anything I can do, please don’t hesitate to let me know. Thanks!
Cheers,
Chaode

Hi Dan,

It makes sense. I’ll FW the request to John.

Cheers,
Daniele

Hi Daniele, Chairs.

Thanks for the summary.

Italo and I have received positive feedback from several previous DT members and would encourage anyone else to let us know if they want to join the new discussion/work.

One quick question, previously, we used Google Groups (and email alias transport-nbi-dt@googlegroups.com<mailto:transport-nbi-dt@googlegroups.com>) for the Transport NBI discussion. Would it be possible to organise an IETF alias for the new document instead - mayhap transport-nbi-dt@ietf.com<mailto:transport-nbi-dt@ietf.com>? We would move substantive discussion/decisions to the CCAMP list, but we wanted to avoid unnecessary traffic hitting the CCAMP list and still provide an archive capability. If the chairs support this, we can ask a friendly AD to create it.

BR, Dan.

Subject: [CCAMP] T-NBI design team recharter

Hi WG,

We would like to create a team in CCAMP whose goal is to produce a document explaining how to use all the different models we created so far, a sort of educational material.
This document will not be published as an RFC nor as an internet draft but will be available in Github (and linked in the CCAMP wiki page) to be available for anyone.

The idea is to help newcomers understand what has been done so far and service providers/implementors how to use our models.

The ideal structure of the document will include:

  * Brief description of the models produces by the CCAMP
  * Guidelines on how to use them
  * Examples on how to use them.

Probably the examples part will be the most useful to better understand how to use them in real scenarios.

Instead of creating a new team we gladly accepted the proposal to re-charter the T-NBI design team (whose work is now mostly concluded), hence Italo and Dan will be the drivers.
If you were not part of the T-NBI and you’re willing to be part of it now, please contact them.

Thanks a lot,
Daniele, Fatai, Luis.
