Authors,
	I see you still have some default values called out as TBD.
Can you please send your proposed defaults to the WG so that we can
ensure consensus on these? (Obviously, these need to be filled in
before any publication request.)

Also, I see you removed the units from the Refresh Timer field.  Was
this intentional?  I think some unit of measure is needed.
