As a co-author...

I just checked the current text. I think it is in pretty good shape.

The topic seems to be in scope for CCAMP. While we *could* consider generalising the topic of adding FCAPS support to ACTN, and so move the draft to TEAS, I believe it is best to recognise that the more detailed aspects of FCAPS are technology-specific and so limiting the work to optical networks is reasonable.

I'm sure there is more work to be done on the text, but it seems ready to turn that over to the working group.
