[CCAMP] Merge of the T-NBI DT drafts

following-up comments received in Singapore on the fact that work on use cases is typically done at the beginning of the standardization effort (in fact the DT is not defining the use cases for ACTN but it is analyzing the applicability of the IETF YANG models to ACTN deployment scenarios) and considering the IESG have recently pushed back on the need for use case documents, the DT and the chairs have decided to merge the three drafts produced by the DT into a single draft and to use the term "Applicability Statement" instead of "Use Cases" to remove any confusion about the scope of the current work.



Since one draft is a WG draft and two of them are still individual contributions the procedure we will follow is:



- A new draft named draft-ietf-ccamp-transport-nbi-applicability-statement-00 will be submitted. It will be directly submitted as a WG document with exactly the same text as draft-ietf-ccamp-transport-nbi-use-cases-01 with only the draft name and title updated.

- We will mark draft-ietf-ccamp-transport-nbi-use-cases-01 as replaced by draft-ietf-ccamp-transport-nbi-applicability-statement-00.

- A new version of the draft (-01) will be submitted including the text from draft-tnbidt-ccamp-transport-nbi-analysis-uc1-01 and draft-tnbidt-ccamp-transport-nbi-analysis-uc3-00. This will be managed as any other text addition/modification to an existing WG document. The WG will be allowed to comment, modify and potentially push back any of the changes from -00 to -01 of the new WG document.
