It should be considered over.
The negligent, lazy Chairs have been busy and haven't pushed the right buttons.
Did we get feedback during the WGLC?  I need to read the list.

What should occur is that a new revision goes out based upon the comments
received, acknowledging the comments.  Or an email response saying why the
comments are irrelevant.
