I added this as a one-time 3d) in the agenda: "Changes to logistics (IRC,
Jabber, Whereby, Meetecho ...)"

Michael and I are told that the IETF will be providing Meetecho as a
conferencing system for virtual interim meetings. We wanted to talk to the
group about switching from Whereby, so this will also be a good place to
chat about that for a moment.
