the best way is on this list. You're email was about concerns with a chair of the CFRG, and the CFRG list is hence the best place for the discussion.

Your initial email was CC'ed more widely, as was my replay directing people to discuss on cfrg@irtf.org, so everyone interested should be aware of where to send email.
