Subject: Anybody Know about X.21?

I'm over my head. Someone suggested I add X.21 to the RS-232 MIB set of
types, so I did. Then I was asked if I was going to add the X.21 hardware
signals. Oops. I didn't know they were different. I asked the asker to
supply me with the list, which he did. Yup. They're different.

Or are they? Is there a well-known mapping to RS-232 signals? Do I need to
add the entire set (9 of them) of X.21 signals? Is X.21 really RS-232-like?

I need guidance from the experts in the working group.
