Bob,
I think these minutes miss a couple of points:

1) Everyone applying the model to their own devices and reporting back.
2) Me to produce a set of examples.
3) General agreement that, pending 1, this model works pretty well for any 
kind of device in a chassis environment.

One other thing, The only comment I've seen so far was from someone not at 
the meeting. One of the things we achieved there was to graphically present 
the model, something that con't be done on the Internet. People at the 
meeting asked for copies of the slides and it would be very useful to those 
not present. Jeff took the slides from the presentation, is he intending to 
make those available in some way? It would be useful if he did.
