Thanks for your input Keith.  I will be making the changes over the next
day or so.

I like your additional text you proposed and will add this unless we see
anybody complaining about it.

Should I post the updated MIB to the mail list for review, or should we
generate an Internet Draft.  If we go draft what is the proceedure we need
to follow.
