Hmmm.  I've been thinking of a "chassis agent" as simply any of a number of
agents in a chassis that happen to implement the Chassis MIB, with no
coordination among them.  It would just come with some software for some of
the denizens of the chassis.  Keith's model seems more deliberate.  I see no
particular problem with either one.
