Subject: Route table/time growth matrix, pre/post CIDR

I'm looking for some substantiative data which depicts the
growth of the global routing table by time (year would be
fine) prior to the introduction of CIDR and afterwards.
An extrapolation would also be fine.

I thought I had a pointer to the last presentation that
Frank gave in Los Angeles last year, but cannot seem to
find it.

Thanks,
