Nice draft.  Lots of footnotes and good recommendations.

A couple of thoughts:

        - an apperance of waffling on 802.5, One place you
          recommend not using this technology (don't know why,
          since it is close to the installed base of 802.3)
          and then later on you note that 802.5 is already
          a component of the installed base.
        - this is still UScentric in tone. Can some of the
          verbage be revamped to reflect a more global approch
          to school networking?
        - in my inital draft on AUP, I received comments regarding
          obscure terminology that the "normal" techer would not
          understand.  Your document is also terminology laden
          and may receive some of the same style of comment.
        - something else that escapes me right now... :-)
