I would like to see a fairly formal agenda that we stick to. We need to
consider how best to use the time and concentrate on things that need to
be done face to face as opposed to E-mail/Lists.

We need to address the issues of purpose and image. We seem to have
problems in both areas.

I will be visiting some school people in Budapeste and hope to have some
information about technology in school in Eastern Europe.
