Just to let you know, I'll be making any fixes, expecting them to be
small, but not assuming anything (!) in a short time frame, then sub-
mitting the doc for RFC/FYI status.  Any comments, questions, suggestions
should be to me by October 25, 1993 at the VERY latest.
