Correction to the IETF Minutes:

I'm sure Jennifer Sellers never said that the FAQ doc would be
a standard by Amsterdam.  What she said is that it would be
an Internet Draft by Amsterdam, which is a whole other kettle
of fish.  She just meant that there would be a complete doc
for us to review.  That doc will probably eventually become
an FYI RFC, but it probably will never be a "standard" in the
IETF sense.

As I know she's been traveling and probably has a ton of mail to
work though, I thought I'd send this along myself.  I think it's
ok for me to do as I promised to help her write it...
