Understood.  After hearing the request at the BOF, I went around
to a number of the IESG members and inquired if this is something
that they want and would be useful to them.  I also ran into 
Dan, and he thought the IESG had such a good idea that he would
add his request as well.

At this point, the requirements are being aggregated and 
the committments can be made.  The intent here is to be
helpful and get real resources working under the IESG as 
soon as possible.
