Jeff, Unless I've missed something somewhere along the line, you can do this unilaterally and just do it. The only thing that IESG and IAB have to approve is the charter. Of course, if some of Dave Crocker's recent comments are taken literally and seriously, you presumably have to poll the entire community for comments on this, as well as for permission to go to the bathroom. john
