Minutes for the 32nd IETF Proceedings Minutes for the 32nd IETF proceedings must be submitted in ASCII form by Friday, April 21 to: minutes@cnri.reston.va.us 1. Do not submit minutes in PostScript or hard copy form. 2. A reasonable maximum length for a set of minutes is six pages of text. Minutes should provide a thorough summary of the issues discussed during the working group/BOF sessions. They should not follow a "Mortimer said," then "Agnes said," then "Duane said," format, nor should they contain a detailed list of changes to a document. While these forms may be helpful to the folks who actually attend the sessions, they are less helpful to those who have a more general interest in the groups' activities. 3. The minutes must contain complete sentences, not phrases; outlines are NOT acceptable.
