I remember PVM saying something about Montreal, but I don't remember
anything about INET.

For those who haven't been to an IETF fairly recently, it runs from
9am to 10pm non-stop for at least four days - with the potential hole
for the social.  most people have little spare time to go mingle with
INET folks, and I'm pretty sure most WGs would be pretty annoyed to
have even more "tourists" show up.

in fact, some of our folks would be outright rude about it, i'm pretty
sure.

of course, this is just my 2 cents. others will have different (possibly
more amusing) points of view
