"Registered" networks/prefixes are those which have some basic
information in the Policy Routing Data Base (PRDB), such as prefix and
length, name, organization, and so on.

"Configured" networks/prefixes are those which are included in the
NSFNET/ANSnet backbone configuration files, and is a subset of all
"registered" networks.

The number of networks/prefixes in the active routing tables is a
subset of the configured networks/prefixes.

The As are networks/prefixes with 8-bit masks, the B are are
networks/prefixes with 16-masks, and the Cs are networks/prefixes with
24-bit masks.  The Aggs are CIDR blocks of networks/prefixes with
other length masks.

The "added networks" and "deleted network" lines indicate the changes
since the previous report, which is 3 or 4 days.  The configured
networks table is updated twice a week.
