Bob,

I'm in a "don't take any more bad feeling than I already
have" state of mind and I want to make sure you know that
the IESG wasn't given RFC1770!  It apparently slipped
through Jon's and Joyce's cracks, since the RFC-Editor usually asks us
to review and annotate (if necessary) submissions that fall
into our technical areas of purview.
