Actually we have examples of a number of part-time staff and
volunteers who telecommute, and we have provided the capability
for staff at the outset of setting up our secretariat last year
through special equipment purchase plans, dialup terminal server,
liberal telecommuting policies. We take great delight when
people visit and ask where everyone is, by replying "out there."

Good thought.
