This is not a surprise.  It was discussed more than once in the IESG.
The facility is huge.  We can install a 100 foot DMZ and still have
space for both groups.  I am not known for selling out to the ISOC, or
whatever the fear is.

We can have separate badges, meeting rooms, and in Montreal, we could
even have separate official languages.
